Sizing Contact Stressing Mechanism May Be Optionally Equipped With Pressure Roller Or Wear-Resisting Contact-Stressing Board (Spray-Coated With A Antiwear Coating Of Tungsten Carbide).The Space Between Paper Pressing Roller (Touch Pressing Plate) And Glue Roller Can Be Adjusted Electrically To Facilitate Rapid Changeover For Processing Cardboards With Different Flute Types.
4. Adding A Pressure Arm Locking Mechanism, To Ensure Stable And Reliable Operation Performance Of Paper Pressing Roller (Doctor Plate) Under High-Speed Operation State.
5. When Client Choose To Use Contact Stresing Board, Add Leading Roller Between Pressing Roller(Contact Stresing Board) And Enter Of Double Facer, To Garanteestable Sizingangle Between Paper And Sizing Roller.
6. The Glue Pan Is Lifted Pneumatically To Facilitate Cleaning. There Are Glue Blocking Plates Installed At Both Ends Of The Glue Pan To Well Prevent Glue From Splashing From The Shaft Ends During High-Speed Operation Of The Glue Roller And Meter Roller;
7. Layered Independent Adjustment And Touch Panel Man-Machine Interface Control Are Employed, So The Adjustment And Control Are More Flexible And Directviewing
